Full-time position, Monday to Thursday – day or evening shift available
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Line Operator is responsible for ensuring the quality of finished products and the different stages of the manufacturing process. The operator ensures the proper functioning of production equipment in terms of performance, quality and safety. The role requires versatility and strong problem-solving skills.
Production Operator’s Job Description
- Operate machinery used in can manufacturing
- Ensure product quality according to established standards throughout the entire process (HACCP)
- Maximize machine productivity
- Complete production reports and communicate relevant information to the team
- Ensure equipment maintenance and maintain cleanliness of the work area
Required Skills
- Versatile individual who enjoys learning and performing multiple tasks
- Good physical capacity
- Strong critical thinking and ability to manage priorities
- Experience with industrial production equipment (an asset)
Salary and Conditions
- Starting salary from $23/hour (day shift) and 24.50$/hour (evening shift)
- Weekly pay
- Full-time, Monday to Thursday
- Day or evening shift available
